I started to write my novel where I left off and found it hard to do. Mainly because I had come to scenes that I didn't have the energy to write or the creativity to finish, so I skipped it and started on a new chapter. Searching the rebel thread of the NaNo forums today, I found that a lot of people are using this year to fuel a project already underway, as I am.I also found that many people already have 5k done. But I don't feel like a slacker with the 1877 that I have so far, because I spent my first two days of the month travelling and drinking champagne in a karaoke box!I have also had more luck making myself push through writing blocks because now everyone is doing this together and I have a real reason to push myself again.We can do this, guys!Goodnight from Kyoto.
